Newly transplanted to the art rich city of Austin, Texas from Washington DC, David now calls Austin home. He studied art at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, DC and the University of Maryland University College. He later was invited to join the U.M.U.C faculty serving in the art department as an educator for over five years. His work has been exhibited throughout the Baltimore and Washington region for more than a decade and has recently expanded to the Southwestern United States. David continues to express his love for country and for better times through the exploration of iconic American themes. His latest series "Rust In Peace" takes on the themes of American manufacturing, nostalgia and patriotism. The work is rich in content, texture and creativity.
